As an MBA applicant, your project management skills are probably rather strong. You are likely familiar with driving projects past the finish line on time and under budget. If you have yet to embark on the MBA application process you may not realize that you will have to apply a strict project management perspective and framework to the MBA application process as well. 

The MBA application process is in a state of flux. MBA programs are always trying to find ways to build a class of students that is well rounded yet reflective of the school's ideals, values, and personality. Traditionally, this means an interview process that includes several essays, interviews, and references to gather a sense of the candidates' qualifications and personality. As of late, we've seen this process disrupted.
